Our Mission
To promote mental health awareness and provide accessible resources to rural communities across America. We are committed to breaking down barriers and reducing stigma surrounding mental health in agricultural and ranching communities.
Our Vision
A future where every person in rural America has access to quality mental health support, where seeking help is seen as a sign of strength, and where no one faces their struggles alone.
Carrying the Load Together
January 2026
As we step into 2026, the rural agricultural community stands where it always has - rooted in resilience, faith and hard-earned wisdom. The work you do matters deeply, not just to markets and tables, but to families, communities and the land itself. Through changing seasons, tight margins and uncertain forecasts, your commitment continues to shape the future of agriculture and rural America.
It's important to acknowledge that the weight of this work can take a toll. Long days, isolation, financial stress and the pressure to keep going can affect mental health just as much as physical health. Struggling does not mean weakness. Reaching out - to family, friends, neighbors or professionals - is a sign of strength. It is a comfort to know help is available when you need it and ask for it.
May this new year bring renewed strength, steady rains, fair markets and moments of pride in a job done right. Know that your perseverance does not go unseen. Here's to another year of caring for the land, supporting one another and carrying forward a way of life built on grit, integrity, hope - and the understanding that none of us have to carry the load alone.
